This outdoor pavilion renovation project transformed the backyard into a true extension of the home’s living space. Designed for year-round comfort, the custom pavilion supports everything from casual daily use to entertaining, while providing shelter and warmth across seasons.
Because the home faces north, the pavilion was strategically positioned to maximize natural light reaching the existing house. A covered breezeway maintains a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces while allowing sunlight to reach north-facing windows.
The pavilion includes a wood-burning fireplace, built-in BBQ and beverage cooler, suspended heaters, and a ceiling fan to support comfortable use throughout the year. A vaulted wood ceiling adds warmth and character, completing an outdoor living space that feels both inviting and thoughtfully integrated with the home.
